QAAPT is a free web-based platform developed by CAPTURA for the analysis of AMR data.
About NEQTrack
National External Quality Assessment Tracker
Reliable microbiological testing is the foundation of effective antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance. External Quality Assessment (EQA) programmes help laboratories produce accurate and comparable results, identify performance gaps, and support continuous improvement. To strengthen sustainable, nationally led EQA systems in low- and middle-income countries, the EQAsia programme was launched under the UK’s Fleming Fund Regional Grant and led by DTU in partnership with IVI and Chulalongkorn University (CU-Vet). A central EQAsia Phase 2 component is the NEQA initiative, supporting National Reference Laboratories to transition from EQA participants to EQA providers—enabled by the NEQTrack platform.

EQAsia (2020–2026)

Enhancing Quality in AMR Surveillance in Asia: strengthens EQA services across One Health sectors through quality assurance, capacity building, and regional collaboration.

NEQTrack

NEQA Delivery Tool

Secure, web-based platform designed to help NEQA providers manage each stage of national EQA delivery with standardized, traceable workflows.

QAAPT & CAPTURA

AMR Analytics & Collaboration

NEQTrack is embedded within QAAPT (Quick Analysis of Antimicrobial Patterns and Trends), a free AMR analysis tool created by CAPTURA led by IVI. CAPTURA supports AMR/AMU data collection, analysis, and dissemination alongside regional initiatives including RADAAR and EQAsia.
