QAAPT is a free web-based platform developed by CAPTURA for the analysis of AMR data.

About NEQTrack

NEQTrack stands for National External Quality Assessment Tracker. It is a secure, web-based, user-friendly platform designed to help NEQA providers manage every stage of the EQA process efficiently. NEQTrack was developed under EQAsia and is embedded within QAAPT (Quick Analysis of Antimicrobial Patterns and Trends), a free AMR data analysis tool created by the CAPTURA project led by the International Vaccine Institute (IVI).

CAPTURA (Capturing data on Antimicrobial resistance Patterns and Trends in Use in Regions of Asia) is an international consortium of expert partners dedicated to combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in South and Southeast Asia. In 2018, CAPTURA received grants from the Fleming Fund Phase 1 to support retrospective AMR and AMU data collection and analysis in the human health sector. In 2023, Phase 2 funding enabled CAPTURA to improve the quality, quantity, analysis, and dissemination of AMR/U/C data. CAPTURA works in collaboration with regional AMR initiatives including RADAAR and EQAsia. Learn more: https://captura.ivi.int.

While QAAPT focuses on AMR data analytics and visualization, NEQTrack provides a dedicated administrative module that supports the operational workflows of EQA delivery. It allows NEQA providers to:

  • 1. Register microbiology laboratories and enroll users from various sectors,
  • 2. Design and manage EQA panels, including bacterial strains and antibiotic test combinations,
  • 3. Upload expected results and interpretations,
  • 4. Collect and validate laboratory submissions,
  • 5. Automatically generate score performance reports and visualize results via interactive dashboards.

The name NEQTrack reflects its core purpose: tracking and managing national EQA programs efficiently and transparently.
